Refund Policy

Digital Product Delivery

ProjectCenter+ products are delivered digitally. Orders may include commercial license files, deployment packages, documentation, and optional source code delivery.

Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the purchased package has not been downloaded, accessed, deployed, or delivered with source code materials.

Non-Refundable Items

Source code packages, delivered license materials, downloaded deployment packages, completed custom work, and implementation services are generally non-refundable after delivery or access has been provided.

Duplicate Or Incorrect Orders

If a duplicate payment or incorrect package selection occurs, contact us promptly. We will review the order status and provide a correction, replacement, or refund when appropriate.

How To Request A Refund

To request a refund review, email contact@projectcenterplus.com with the order email, transaction reference, purchased package, and reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when possible. Payment provider processing times may vary.
