ProjectCenter+ sells commercial software licenses for File Management, Project Management, and optional Source Code delivery. The purchase grants the customer the right to use the selected software package for private deployment according to the agreed license scope.
After successful payment and order review, customers receive deployment materials, license files, documentation, and any purchased source code package through secure digital delivery. Delivery may require the customer to provide a valid business email and deployment contact.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own server environment, backups, security controls, user permissions, and compliance obligations for private deployment. Customization, integration, and implementation services are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
ProjectCenter+ and its licensors retain ownership of the software, documentation, brand assets, and related intellectual property. Source code delivery does not transfer copyright ownership unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
The software may include third-party open-source or commercial components. Customers must comply with applicable third-party license terms included with the delivered package or documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectCenter+ is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written agreement. ProjectCenter+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages.
